We are proud to announce our new store at Leadenhall Market is now open.

Thanks to the generosity of our monster community, we’ve been able to open a brand new store at Leadenhall Market in the heart of the City of London.

Our new store will stock all of your favourite supplies and some exciting new offerings, including our best-selling Unauthorised Biography of Frankenstein or our Gremlin Letter Writing Kit.

The space also offers some additions such as a Human Free room, for customers struggling with the compulsion to eat Human customers. We can’t guarantee the safety of any Humans in this room, so please only enter at your own risk. 

When pursuing our Organ Marmalade and Minty Maggots, don't forget to check out our new Community Noticeboard for all your local events and services, including Houses Free to Haunt and the ever popular Ogre Yoga. Have something to advertise? Please enquire at the till. Each listing cost £30 or two shillings, three squelched eyeballs and one Golden quail egg. 

Our Height Chart is also back in store. Are you as tall as an Ogre or Vampire? Stand alongside the chart to see where you measure up and ask one of our Fearless Shopkeepers to snap a picture for a profile update. 

Situated next to the entrance to the Leaky Cauldron, customers can now also easily collect any magical or enchanted items thanks to our Diagon Alley Click and Collect service. 

Leadenhall Market is easily accessed by Portal no.264, the London Sewer Network or the No. 25 bus. Broom Parking is also available on request.

Delivery information

We currently deliver to UK destinations only, via 2nd class Royal Mail or Parcel Force 48 Hours service.

Postage and packing costs:

  • - £3.50 for orders of up to £25,
  • - £7 for orders £25 - £50
  • - Free for any order over £50

This charge helps cover our costs and ensures your purchases support writing workshops for young people at the Ministry of Stories.

Our team of zombie volunteers aims to fulfil orders twice a week and on the outside you can expect delivery within 12 working days of order confirmation, but usually sooner. Unless something truly hideous happens, in which case delays of several centuries are not unlikely.

Returns information

You can return products if:

- You decide within seven days the product isn’t for you. You’ll receive a full refund, including delivery charge, processed within 30 days of return of the unwanted goods. Do not burn it, eat it, sit on it, drown it, or in any way cause it harm. We might need to ask for compensation otherwise.

- You don’t agree to a change in our terms and conditions or other policies, or you think the product is faulty. You will need to return the product with its original returns form.
